Most small-business sites fit one of two prices. Both are one-time purchases, not monthly subscriptions. You pay for the site, and the site is yours.

One-page website

Room to give services, examples of the work, and the business itself their own pages.

Additional pages

Optional TradePulse integration

Connect the site to TradePulse, if it fits your work.

TradePulse is an estimating tool for contractors that I built. It is an optional addition to either website package.

Connecting a standard website enquiry form to the existing TradePulse integration has no separate fee, where supported.
TradePulse Pro is C$59/month, billed separately as an ongoing software subscription.
Advanced or custom integrations are quoted separately.

A five-page website with TradePulse Pro is C$2,200 upfront, plus C$59/month.

Ownership, hosting, and domains

You buy the website and it is yours. There is no mandatory monthly maintenance subscription.
Your domain is registered in your name. You pay its registration and renewal directly.
Where it suits the site, hosting is set up in an account you control, such as Netlify.
If hosting or domain services have ongoing charges, you pay them directly to the provider.
Third-party software and services, including TradePulse, stay under their own terms and do not transfer with the website.
